This is a bespoke treatment to suit individual requirements. Energy healing whether it be Reiki, Sekhem, Crystals or Sound therapy is a deeply relaxing therapy that can be carried out seated or lying on a couch. The hands-on or off technique is non-obtrusive and helps restore physical and emotional well-being within the individual's subtle energies. It’s very good for relaxation, stress, depression, helps to re-balance any blockages on an emotional & physical level, encourages and increases the body’s own natural healing process.
Hopi Ear Candling
(Inc face & head massage)

Hopi Ear Candling treatment involves placing an ear candle into the ear canal. As the candle burns down it is believed to act like a ‘chimney’ creating a light vacuum effect while the flame creates vibrations that massage the eardrum. Combined with a light massage of the outer ear, and a pressure point and lymphatic drainage massage of the face this complements the effects of the ear candling by helping to release blockages in the sinuses and ears.
Reflexology

Reflexology works on specific points of the feet to balance the whole body. Each point corresponds to a certain part or area of the body. By stimulating these reflex points congestion and imbalances can be detected which in turn will help release the blockages and encourage the body’s own natural healing process. This therapy helps to reduces stress, increases energy levels, improves circulation, removes toxins and promotes health and well-being. Guided meditation is also offered with this treatment if required.

After a consultation it may be that the best way forward for the client to benefit fully is to combine treatments to suit the individual needs. This treatment could include massage, reflexology, energy healing or hot stones.
For example; 30min back massage followed by a 30min reflexology treatment or a 30min back massage followed by a 30min energy healing.
This will be agreed by the client and therapist before the treatment proceeds.
Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The hot stones are placed on specific points of your body and may also be held while giving the massage. The localised heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort.

A bespoke massage using varied pressure and speed to perform techniques that have stimulating effects on the mind, body and soul. It helps improve circulation, releases endorphins and relieves stress and tension within the muscles. Warm bamboo sticks can also be used in this treatment.
Aromatherapy pure essential oils are also used during this treatment to induce a feeling of deep relaxation, which can help to lower stress and anxiety and relieve insomnia and depression.
Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

Monthly healing group sessions where you can journey or relax into complete bliss from the sound of the crystal bowls.
The frequency of these crystal bowls connects with the energy frequency of our body. As the sound passes through us it balances our mind, body and spirit. It clears blocks in our energy flow supporting our body to release tension and stress and enabling a sense of well-being amongst many other benefits.
Each session has a different focus such as chakra balancing or journeying to connect with spirit guides or the moon, etc.
