Reflexology Training Course

Sat 22nd & Sun 23rd Feb

This course covers reading and interpreting the feet as well as performing relaxation and pressure techniques. It also includes the theory and history behind the reflexology treatment. Resources with clear diagrams and images are included to give you the best possible learning experience. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. The course includes online theory as well as practical training sessions, designed to give you the confidence and ability to offer a full reflexology treatment.
The theory is carried out online via the Guild of Holistic Therapist's student portal. Once the theory is completed you can book on our two day practical course where you will learn the foot reflexology techniques and routine.

This is a monthly development class for all those that have trained in Level 2 Sekhem and beyond so we can practice our skills and support each other as we journey into supporting others on their healing journeys whether that be in business or for family and friends. This is a safe space to share your experiences when using/connecting with the Sekhem energy with others or yourself for things that come up that you're not sure of during your sessions.

Sekhem Level 1

Sekhem is an ancient Egyptian healing system that works with 3D symbols. It is an empowering high vibrational energy that works directly on the individual’s soul frequency on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Sekhem is ultimately connected with our own empowerment for both healing and spiritual development. The initiations are about dissolving the barriers within ourselves, between people, as well as between the personality self and the Higher Self. It assists you in taking responsibility for your life, to heal and to grow. Sekhem opens, clears, and energizes the energy centre’s of the body and connects you to the Source and heart centre at a very high level frequency, so enabling you to channel the Sekhem energy and be transformed. It cuts through the obstacles of our personal development with ultimate ease.

 

Its a wonderful addition to anyone's healing "toolkit" whether that be for themselves or clients! 

 

First Initiation

The first level initiation opens and clears the energy centres of the body and connects you to Source at a high frequency enabling you to channel the Sekhem energy. You will be permanently connected and activated to the Living Light Energy. This energy acts directly with your soul’s frequency on all levels easily bringing the changes you wish for in your life. Each initiation allows for a greater appreciation, healing and understanding of the energy and its uses and effects

Hot Stone Massage Training

Wednesday 9th April 9am - 5.30pm

This course covers the technique and routine for carrying out a Hot Stone Massage. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. Photographs and diagrams ensure this course is both engaging and informative to give you the confidence to perform this very popular treatment.

This course requires both theory and practical training. You will study the theory online, via the Guild of Holistic Therapist's student portal. Once the theory is completed you will attend our venue for the practical training.

The second level initiation takes you deeper within for deeper self-healing. It cuts through any obstacles getting in the way of your personal development with ease. This level enables you to obtain insurance for paying clients. Process for conducting a hands-on treatment, distance healing technique, legislations for businesses.

  • Case studies to be carried out before certification approved

  • Work with paying clients once insured

Sekhem Self-Mastery

Sat 10th & Sun 11th May 10am - 5pm
 
The Self-Mastery initiation deepens the connection of distance healing and practice. Within this level, you will learn how to conduct a Chakra distance healing meditation for 1:1 and group sessions. We look at how we can use other energy modalities within our practise for example colour, crystals, sound, etc.
