Welcome – I’m Claire, the heart behind The Knotted Tree.

My journey began in 2006, rooted in a deep love for massage and hands-on therapies. Back then, I saw myself as a young tree—grounded, growing, and passionate about helping others release tension and reconnect with their bodies. The name The Knotted Tree came to life through this vision: working through physical knots, restoring flow and ease.

Over time, my work—and my own personal journey—evolved. I came to realize that the knots we carry aren’t just physical. They show up in our minds, our emotions, and our energy. True healing, I discovered, is about unravelling these knots at every level of our being: mind, body, and soul.

Today, my practice is a blend of traditional and energy-based therapies, designed to support your full transformation and wellbeing. I’m a qualified and insured therapist. My toolbox includes: Swedish Massage, Sports Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Access Bars, Sound healing, Usui Reiki & Sekhem Egyptian Energy Healing

But beyond techniques, my true work is holding space for others to heal, grow, and awaken.

I believe that healing isn’t about fixing what's “wrong”—it’s about returning to wholeness. Through presence, compassion, and deep listening, I guide others to reconnect with their true selves, release what no longer serves them, and step into a more aligned, empowered life.

 

As I move away from hands-on therapies and into teaching, mentoring, and ceremony work, my mission remains the same:
