These 1:1 sessions are a deep, bespoke spiritual mentorship container designed to support conscious expansion, energetic clearing, and embodied alignment — personally and/or within your business.

 

This work is for those who feel the call to remember, realign, and rise, whether you are stepping into your spiritual path, deepening an existing practice, or refining how you hold space for others. Each container is intuitively structured around you — your energy, your soul contracts, and what is ready to be activated, released, or stabilised.

 

How we work together

Sessions are guided by your intention and what presents energetically in the moment. Depending on your needs, sessions may

include:

• Guided meditation, journeying & altered-state awareness

• Energetic healing, chakra alignment & nervous system regulation

Block bookings only for ongoing mentorship

• 6 × 2-hour sessions

• Weekly or fortnightly (intuitively chosen together)

• Weekly WhatsApp/text check-in between sessions

• Bullet-point integration log after each session

 

This ensures the work is held, integrated, and embodied, rather than fragmented.
